It is fiesta today and there is water fluvial procession.  Ever since the Bocaue fiesta tragedy in the overloaded pagoda that sunk, the public sector are just being careful and overload such events with rescue resources.

I saw some 4x4 (the other one was 4x2) but equipped with tall tires for easy water travel (on the road, you!)
